Conclave Wijaya is known as one of the pioneer of innovative local co-working spaces in Jakarta and has worked with a
large number of tenants from various backgrounds. The design is focused on functionality, therefore implementing an
open plan with a neutral look may give more flexibility to the user. The Industrial concept incorporates the use of natu-
ral color palette and raw materials such as exposed brick and pipes, concrete flooring, and large windows to create
that openness and unfinished feel.
